Terms of Service

Welcome to One-Click Print. By creating a shop account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Print Agent connection. You must ensure that the printing services you offer comply with local laws and regulations. You agree not to use our service for printing illegal, explicit, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

2. Customer Data & Privacy

As a shop owner, you may process sensitive documents uploaded by your customers. You agree to treat these documents with the highest level of confidentiality. You must not download, share, or reproduce customer documents for any purpose other than fulfilling their print order. Our system automatically deletes files based on your subscription tier, and you must not attempt to circumvent this.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any lost revenue or damages resulting from downtime, connection issues with your local print agent, or printer malfunctions.

4. Subscription & Billing

Shop subscriptions are billed recursively based on your chosen tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. Your account will downgrade to the free tier at the end of your billing cycle.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to shop owners via email or dashboard notifications.

Privacy Policy

Welcome to One-Click Print. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website.

1. The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details (processed securely via Stripe/Razorpay).
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.

2. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests do not override those interests.
  • Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

3. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Customer uploaded files are automatically deleted according to your shop's plan limits.

4. Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

Refund Policy

1. SaaS Subscriptions

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your One-Click Print subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are only applicable to the first billing cycle of a new subscription. Renewals or subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be charged. If you downgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be credited to your account for future billing cycles. We do not issue cash refunds for plan downgrades.

4. Print Orders

Note: We are a software provider, not a print shop. If you are a customer who uploaded files and paid a local print shop for physical prints, any disputes regarding the quality of the prints, missing prints, or refunds for the physical printing service must be resolved directly with the print shop you visited. One-Click Print cannot issue refunds for physical printing services provided by third-party shops.

Partner Program Policies

Welcome to the One-Click Print Partner Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To become a partner, you must register a valid Shop account and adhere to our platform guidelines. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Referrals & Commissions

Partners may earn commissions for successful referrals through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the referred user's subscription tier and paid out according to the schedule defined in your Partner Dashboard. Withdrawals will proceed in 15 to 20 business days. Self-referrals or creating dummy accounts to earn commissions are strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use & Promotion

You agree to promote our platform ethically and transparently. Spamming, misleading advertising, impersonating our brand, or bidding on our trademarked terms in search engine marketing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your partner status and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

4. Data Privacy

As a partner, you must respect user privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Do not collect, store, or share personal data of referred users without their explicit, informed consent.
