1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using One-Click Print Management System, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

One-Click Print Management System provides a SaaS platform for print shops to manage printing orders, and for affiliates to refer users to the platform.

3. Copyright Indemnification

CRITICAL: As a user of this platform (whether printing documents or managing a shop), you hereby declare and warrant that you hold the necessary copyright, license, or explicit permission for any and all materials, documents, and images you upload or print using our services.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One-Click Print Management System, its owners, employees, and partner print shops from any and all legal claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to copyright infringement or the printing of illegal, obscene, or unauthorized materials.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Affiliate / Partner Program Payouts

Our Partner Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new print shops to the platform. By participating, you agree to the following payout terms:

• Direct Referrals (Tier 1): Partners earn a 20% commission on all subscription payments made by shops they directly refer. This applies to both monthly recurring payments and upfront multi-month payments.
• Sub-Affiliate Referrals (Tier 2): Partners earn a 5% overriding commission on the earnings generated by any sub-affiliates they refer.
• Super Admin Overrides: If a shop's subscription plan is modified or upgraded by a Super Admin without explicitly granting a commission (e.g., for promotional or support reasons), the referring partner will not receive a commission for that specific override period.
• Account Deletion: If a referred shop account is deleted or permanently banned, any upcoming or projected commissions for that shop will immediately cease.
• Domestic Payouts (India): Payouts for affiliates residing in India are processed exclusively via UPI. You must provide a valid and verified UPI ID in your profile dashboard. Payouts are subject to manual verification and may take up to 15 to 20 business days to process after a withdrawal request.
• International Payouts: Payouts for international affiliates are processed via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address. International payouts are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and PayPal's standard transaction fees, which will be deducted from your commission.
• Verification: To ensure security and compliance, changing your payout details (UPI ID or PayPal Email) will automatically pause any pending payouts until the new details are manually re-verified by our administrative team.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned through our platform in your respective jurisdiction.
• Prohibited Actions: Self-referrals or creating dummy accounts to earn commissions are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
